Overview: Seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Admissions Representative with call center experience to enroll prospective students. This role is based in Mesa, AZ, and offers the opportunity for permanent employment.
Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students over the phone to highlight the benefits of our educational programs.
- Assist students in the application process, providing guidance and answering any inquiries.
- Use persuasive communication skills to maximize student enrollment.
- Document interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful enrollment.
Requirements: - Experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convince and convert leads.
- High school diploma; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
