Job Description Responsibility for the day to day operation of the Behavioral Health facility and all of its services. Manage competent teams using industry standards and all applicable State regulations. Using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles and Recovery Philosophy provide clinical and administrative supervision, coaching and education and ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to staff and program members. Reports to the Network CEO of the health system. Master's degree in health-care/health-care management related field or current NC Nursing License required Three years of experience in development, coordination and management of multidisciplinary behavioral health services, including nursing, social work and activity therapists in a hospital based setting to include hospital operations, budget development and financial responsibility preferred. Adhere to and ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations and standards Currently licensed in the State of North Carolina (required, if nurse) Company Description: Statesville, NC is ideally located in Iredell county, is part of a fast growing Charlotte metropolitan area, and is a family friendly community.
