Responsibilities:
- Contract Entry
- Contract Transfers
- Contract Cancellations
- General upkeep of assigned Producer groups
- Client Services Inbound Phone Line incl. voicemails and Email support
- Provide administrative Agency, Dealership, Sales, and Consumer Support
- Accounting software - Cash Application
- Monthly Partner Invoicing
- Financial Refunds and Adjustments preparation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role
- Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- NetSuite Accounting Software experience a plus
- Positive attitude, ability to collaborate with other divisions and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Customer-centric personality
