Nesco Resource is partnered with a national leading organization in the health care industry who provides advanced mobile diagnostic services nationwide. They are seeking for a talented and skilled administrative individual to join their team here in the Columbus, OH area.

Job Description:
As the Administrative Lead you will help keep our client's organization running smoothly by handling all administrative tasks. This includes coordinating general operations, serving as a point of contact, handling documentation (verifying, uploading, documenting, etc) and ensuring portions of the business are meeting deadlines and accurately reported.

Day to Day Functions:
  • Monitoring and inputting expenses regionally
  • Uploading and approving documentation regarding testing into a proprietary system
  • Sorting through technology credentials by verifying and uploading the credentials
  • Working consistently in excel to guarantee organization
  • Managing 20-25 invoices a week
  • Data Entry for Compliance
