Job Description: To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium projects for the Department of Psychiatry. Specific Job Related Duties: Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties of projects under direction of Project Manager. Assists with personnel functions such as recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for a department. Assists with project budget planning and development. Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of acquisition cycle for project Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable. Assists Project Manager in establishing and attaining goals and objectives of Projects. Participates in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as directed Provides administrative support to assigned faculty. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent and three years experience. Preferred Education: Experience working in Behavioral Health Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
