Customer Service Specialist Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner
Answer large amount of inbound calls and or Messages
Assess customers needs and provide the correct solution
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
Aim for customer resolution and return
Loan experience a plus
Keep records of all conversations in database
Customer Service Specialist Shift Info
Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
2nd shift 11:00 am to 7:00 Pm
Monday - Saturday Business open
1 weekday and Sunday's Off (work 40 hours week)
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Customer Service Specialist experience
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US.
Able to pass drug screen
