Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. & Friday: 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Candidates MUST be able to commit to the schedule to be considered.
Position Overview:
Our client has a need for an Administrative Assistant to answer their phones and assist with the workload in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- General email - forwarding emails to the appropriate people, sending emails to appropriate parties with additional information about why the person is calling
- Interaction with customers via email and phone
- Respond to email requests
Requirements:
- Previous administrative/office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- Degree is a plus but NOT required
