Associate Assistance Program RK Cares Associate Hardship Program 24/7 Chaplaincy ServicesWhat You ll doAs the Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to multiple members of the leadership and merchandising teams, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.Manage calendars for assigned leaders, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Draft and edit professional correspondence such as emails, letters, presentations, and reports, while consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.Answer phones and emails in a courteous and professional manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely distribution of action items.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.Coordinate Merchandising and Marketing projects, including page allocations in advertisements.Arrange and facilitate onsite vendor meetings as needed.Collaborate effectively with other associates and departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Qualities for SuccessAt least 3 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist others or manage activities.Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough and articulate responses.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards.Physical RequirementsAbility to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.Ability to navigate and access all facilities.Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.Close vision for computer-related activities.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
