Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide administrative assistance to functional leaders and the group (i.e. keep office stocked with supplies, arrange meetings/travel, handle mail for the site, etc.)
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of all company meetings and events including agendas, logistics, conferencing, and guest arrangements.
  • Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees
  • Oversee all communications for the site (i.e. building communications, network invitations, etc.)
  • Compile and issue reports in a timely manner
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, multi-tasking, problem solving, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor, organizational savvy, and ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
