We are looking for administrative professionals for a number of ongoing contracts/projects in Boston and Cambridge. We can consider candidates with varied amounts of experience and offer compensation based on job requires and candidates skills.


Administrative professionals should have excellent communication skills, attention to details, the ability to manage priorities and work well on a team. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


General Responsibilities Include



  • Handle and coordinate calendars for 1-4 managers

  • Organizes and implements administrative procedures.

  • Prepare and maintain a variety of administrative records and reports

  • Provides day to day communications within the department.

  • May compose, proofread, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using office suite or other applications

  • Helps with logistics and planning for meetings, conferences and seminars.

  • Provide general clerical or administrative duties


Qualifications



  • College Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience handling complex and confidential information.
