Nesco Resource is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Bethel, CT.
This is an on-site position
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: $25-$30/hour depending on experience
Duties & Requirements:
- General administrative support
- Scanning, filing, printing/copying
- Data entry- specific to setting up a new Paychex PEO system
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Previous admin experience
- Experience with payroll and HR a plus
- Experience with Paychex PEO system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player and detail oriented.
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft excel, word, outlook
