Nesco Resource is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Bethel, CT.

This is an on-site position

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $25-$30/hour depending on experience

Duties & Requirements:

  • General administrative support
  • Scanning, filing, printing/copying
  • Data entry- specific to setting up a new Paychex PEO system
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Previous admin experience
  • Experience with payroll and HR a plus
  • Experience with Paychex PEO system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player and detail oriented.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Microsoft excel, word, outlook
