Description:

This position works within our administrative department to support manager, customers, and employees as the office manager. Person is also over the accounts receivable process and billing across a variety of departments. Organization, strong customer service, and a self-starter would be essential skills for this position.

You would be great at this if you:

Enjoy administrative tasks and working with a knowledgeable team

Are a self-starter and take the initiative to get the job done

Previous experience with billing, supporting executives, or in an office setting

Qualifications:

Education: GED or high school diploma

Two years of administrative/accounts receivable experience

Strong computer skills and experience with accounting software

Effective time management skills and communication
