Job Title: Transitions Service Team Member
Location: Fort Mill, SC (2/3x on week)
Salary: $30,000 - $32,000
Job Description:
As a Transitions Service Team Member, you will assist advisors and sales assistants transitioning, ensuring outstanding service delivery. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to Financial Consultants, Sales Assistants, and Internal Partners through:
- High-quality client interactions via calls and emails
- Efficient handling of operational tasks such as registration, account transfers, and new account processes
- Effective problem identification and resolution
- Knowledgeable assistance with products and systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services or securities experience
- Strategic thinking and relationship management skills
- Strong customer service background
- Adherence to productivity standards
- Clear communication of operational and industry policies
- Coordination with internal departments for a smooth transition process
- Accurate documentation of procedures during daily activities
