Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Action Officer to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) activities. DARPA requires an Action Officer to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization. Specific Duties Required: Provide administrative support to the team through a variety of tasks and deliverables. Attend weekly Action Officer Meetings and report out to the team and stay apprised of work. Support Clients with Executive Secretariat reports. Maintain access to SAAVI (HHS clearance software system) and process clearance requests at DARPA. Assist Director and team with PowerPoint slide decks. Assist Director with performance metrics and reporting - e.g. 30/60/90-day goals and OKRs development and reporting. Some scheduling duties as required. Coordinate activities for the program manager/office and support between offices'
Experience/Expertise Required: Experience working in a fast-paced environment that included interaction with government agencies. 2-5 years of experience as a special or executive assistant. Strong writing and communications skills. Must be detailed with strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks across DARPA simultaneously. Flexible and able to juggle more than one task at a time.
