Thank you for considering our company, and we look forward to welcoming you aboard. Acquisition Analyst To develop Acquisition Strategies IAW Department of Defense (DOD) 5000.02.
To develop Acquisition Plans IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.1 and sub tier regulations. (DefenseFARs(DFARS), ArmyFARS(AFARS), and Local SOPs).
To develop Justification and Approvals (J&A) and all related documentation, per FAR and sub tier regulations.
To develop Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs) to include Statement of Works (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), Determination and Findings, Technical Evaluations, Market Research reports, and Service Contract Approvals (SCAs).
To assist in the coordination and development of the Data Requirements to include Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Document Summary Lists (DSLs).
To provide input into the DD-254 Contract security classification specifications, special contract language, and evaluation criteria for various types of complex contracts and other procurement actions.
To work contract modification packages to include exercise of options, economic adjustments, incentive fee awards, transportation and cost updates, and documenting changes in scope.
To develop and track milestone schedules in accordance with Procurement Acquisition Lead times (PALT) goals.
To recommend CLIN structure, source list, Warranty Provisions, Facilities or Tooling, COR/COTR recommendations, contract language such as special clauses, contract type/fee structure, delivery instructions, Source Selection Plans and criteria, Determination and Findings for use of an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA).
To develop contracting strategies to include traditional FAR contracts, Other Transaction Authorities, Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts, and Undefinitized Contract Actions (UCA)
To coordinate with technical POCs from multiple agencies on requirements development, delivery requirements, quality assurance, and special provisions.
To coordinate approvals within the project office and with external stakeholders to include other government agencies and Army Contracting Command - Redstone.
To assure packages comply with the FAR, DFAR, Army Contracting Command Acquisition Instructions, and other PM specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
To manage and upload data in the Army Contracting Command Paperless Contract File (PCF) Database.
To prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
To review, comment, and provide feedback on reports, data deliverables and contractor performance in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract.
To perform contract closeout activities. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. An ACTIVE Secret security clearance is required. Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required. Experience in either a DoD Program Office or equivalent commercial setting is preferred.
