Job Title: Acquisition Analyst (Senior) Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA, on-site Clearance: Active Secret Job Description: Provide analytical, acquisition development, and procurement management support. Support product/program reviews, working groups, events, and other activities. Assist Government staff with the development of Milestone Decision documentation and Acquisition Requirements Packages (ARPs) including but not limited to Market Research, Performance Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Service Contract Approval Requests and Justification and Approval memorandums. Assist with the preparation of briefs and status updates on contracting activities to include milestone decisions, quarterly Contract Management Review Boards, Contract Strategy approvals, and notifications to Senior Leadership of key contract activities to include release of Request for Proposal or Quote, or Award of a contract action. Input and updated requirements in the Army's Procurement Portfolio Management Tool (PPMT). Provide advice in areas of planning, contractual strategy, and execution of acquisition programs. Review, evaluate, and provide advice concerning compliance with acquisition policies and procedures for the acquisition of commercial items, support services, grants, and other transactions. Write white papers, information papers, and position papers and prepare oral presentations of findings. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
Ten (10) years of relevant experience in DoD systems acquisition
DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Program Management
Experience in DoD Acquisition, working procurement actions in a program/project management office.
Working knowledge of the FAR, DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), and the Army FAR Supplement (AFARS).
Experience within the DoD Biometrics community or Interagency Biometrics stakeholders is preferred.
