After having just built our their team with a new Assistant Controller, Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a property management company to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
About the Company Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist: - Our client is a retirement community that offers independent living, assisted living, in-home supportive care, and an outpatient physical therapy clinic
- They are looking to add additional communities through the development of the land and through acquisition
- This position reports to the CFO and is integral to their business model
- There is room for growth beyond this role
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: - Receiving in rents, including checks from the lockbox
- Reconciliations for rent receipts
- Coordinating buying/selling of apartment units
- Direct communication with tenants/property managers
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist: - 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Property accounting experience is a plus
- Yardi experience is a plus
- Associate degree or experience equivalent
