Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a family-owned real estate management company to identify an Accounts to join their growing team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

- Family-run business that provides full-service property management, accounting and financial services, consulting, marketing, leasing, affordable housing compliance, in-unit repairs, renovations, capital improvement projects and facilities management and maintenance
- Offers flexibility of work hours and accommodating of any family needs
- Longevity of service in the accounting leaders, including the AR Manager who has been with the company for over 25 years
Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Customer service activities including speaking with unit owners
- Posting cash receipts and charges
- Posting late fees
- Uploading lock boxes into Yardi system
- Analyzing unit owners' ledgers
Background Preferred of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
