We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Tech industry. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reporting. You will also be expected to use your analytical skills to help improve our processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reporting.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Develop and implement improvements to the accounts receivable process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
