Daily Cash Deposits: Prepare daily cash deposits and complete the cash control sheet daily, ensuring the economic accuracy of our transactions.

Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers and clients based on the accounts receivable (AR) aging report, contributing to accurate and timely billing.

Payment Application: Apply payments received and update the accounts receivable ledger by the customer, maintaining accurate financial records.

Customer Communication: Obtain and mail customer invoice copies as requested, fostering strong client relationships.

Credit Card Deposits: Process daily credit card deposits, ensuring the security and accuracy of transactions.

Record Keeping: File check stubs and bank receipts, contributing to organized financial documentation.
