About the Company and Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity:
- CFS is partnering with a top client in engineering to hire an additional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team and work from their Catonsville, MD office. They are looking to have this employee start on a contractual basis and become permanent fairly quickly if they are the right fit.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30/8:30am-3:30/4:30pm. Can be somewhat flexible if needed

Job Duties for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Process AR transactions
- Prepare cash receipts for processing
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with collection efforts
- Work with project managers and accountants on projects

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- 3+ years of AR/collections experience required
- Proficient Excel skills
- Experience using Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint a plus, but not required
