We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
This person is responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating weekly aging reports in a timely manner. The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles.
The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator.
Job Requirements:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Making daily collection calls
- Conducting account research and analysis
- Preparing and maintaining various reports
- Maintaining an accurate aging report
- Identifying and executing the necessary process adjustments
- Sending statements to outstanding customers
- Reconciling accounts receivable to the general ledger
- Interacting with customers to resolve outstanding issues
