Location: Fresno l Compensation: $20-27/ hour l Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers

Excellent customer service skills, to complete calls to collect payments, and billing

Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions

Collaborates with the Collections to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis

Knowledge of matching, batching, coding of invoices

Skills Required:

Highly detail Oriented/Accurate, able to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel)

Experience with QuickBooks

Understanding of basic accounts receivable principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
