Accounts Receivable Customer Support

Job Duties

Provides payment processing services to customers of client Group, while maximizing each business units cash flow. Acts as resource for bill paying customers as well as employees in the Customer Contact Center, Residential Billing, Credit and Collections, Complex Billing and the Accounts Receivable employees.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, HSED, or GED

• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, etc.) and related computer systems

• 3+ years of experience providing payment processing services and support to customers

• 3+ years of experience processing accounts receivable and applying customer payment options
