About the Company and Opportunity:

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Process progress payments and AIA billing in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the rest of the accounting team to gather necessary information for accurate billing and to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Generate and review invoices, ensuring all billing information is complete and accurate.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and address any payment-related concerns.
• Prepare and distribute monthly statements, account summaries, and aging reports.
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger on a regular basis.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable aging, identify delinquent accounts, and initiate appropriate collection actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Assist with other accounts receivable duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in progress payments and AIA billing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Office applications, especially Excel.
• Preferred knowledge of Great Plains accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
