Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a manufacturing company located in Wilmington, MA to identify an Accounts Receivable Representative to join their team.

The Accounts Receivable Representative's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor customer payment terms and credit limits and support daily credit hold and release program with account analysis
- Analyze customer ordering activity to identify potential credit issues
- Process lien waivers and customer notes for retainage
- Review weekly aging report and follow up with customers regarding collections
- Investigate and resolve past due accounts receivable invoices
- Partner with customer service to resolve customer issues related to invoices/orders
- Process credit card payments
- Code manual checks for cash application
- Review assigned transactions for appropriateness and record into general ledger
- Collaborate in team projects and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, or experience equivalent
- 2+ year(s) of experience in an Accounts Receivable Role
- Strong Excel skills (ability to do V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
