Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing, cash receipts, and customer account reconciliation.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to understand trends, identify issues, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create complex financial models, perform data analysis, and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members and cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Continually assess and improve Accounts Receivable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with financial audits by providing necessary information and answering auditors' questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, or a similar role in the Finance industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player, with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
