- High volume, full cycle accounts payable (up to 200 invoices/day)
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Research and reconciliations.
- Other accounts payable duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 1+ years of experience with full cycle accounts payable
- Experience with larger ERP
- Multiple entity accounts payable is desired
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
