Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Specialist will include:
- Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via Yardi/AvidXchange
- Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts
- Communicate with vendors daily to ensure invoices are correct / ask for revisions when needed
Qualifications of the Accounts Payables Specialist:
- Up to one year of Accounts Payable experience; open to industry
- Experience with an accounting/ERP system such as AvidXchange or Yardi is a plus not a must
- Basic skills via Microsoft Excel
