Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Complete weekly check runs
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Process employee expense reports
- Other job duties as needed
Preferred qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- 2-3+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Skilled with Excel basics to intermediate functions
- Attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy
