Role Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Accurate and timely data entry of AP vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures
- Align product invoices with online purchase orders and receiving details.
- process expense and freight invoices into the system and ensure they are properly coded and approved
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve invoice or payment-related issues
- Generate and execute weekly payments through check, ACH, and wire transfers.
Preferred Qualifications- Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Team player with strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal partners
- Working knowledge of Lawson/M3 is a plus
