Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
Assist accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable postings
Handle customer billing and collections
Oversee 3 way match process with POs
Assist in posting of journal entries to the general ledger
Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or similar role.
