Job DetailsAccountabilities Include:
- Maintain Vendor records, and W9 documents.
- Enter bills into accounting system.
- Match PO data with bills and identify variances.
- Investigate and resolve problems related to products, services, or pricing.
- Ensure bills are approved appropriately.
- Provide weekly report of AP aging balance and explain significant changes.
- Confirm AP systems are in sync.
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card activity.
- Perform month end closing tasks including accruals and prepaid expense entries.
- Assist in month end expense trend analysis .
- Assist in processing credit card refunds and other payments as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Experience tracking AP documents in ERP system, NetSuite preferred.
- Familiar with processing bills and bill payments from an automated AP application such as
- Excel/Sheet skills - able to create spreadsheets with columns of data, calculation formulas, various formatting
- Experience with Google Workspace
