Job Description:
Our client is in need of an accounts payable specialist in Hamden County with a local university
This individual will have real world experience working in an accounts payable position
This person will review invoices, reimbursements for compliance with policy and answer questions about travel policies and accounts payable procedures.
- 2 - 3 years as an AP specialist
- Be able to work onsite M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Excellent communication skills, computer and standard office equipment
- Work cohesively as part of a team
- Provide excellent customer support and written correspondence on a daily basis
- Ensures procedures and documentation for Accounts Payable are up to date
