Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Position:
- Process invoices, including 3-way matching, scanning, filing, coding, and entering into the AP system
- Assist with inventory control and purchasing
- Research and resolve routine account inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare expense reports
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in high volume Accounts Payable
- Experience with freight accounting
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables are helpful.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
