We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced professional to manage all aspects of accounts payable. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, providing insights into the company's spending habits and helping to identify areas for cost savings.
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system.
• Managing payroll activities, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Preparing 1099 forms and managing other tax-related tasks.
• Processing expense reports, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and reimbursed in a timely manner.
• Continually improving and streamlining the company's accounts payable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist position will have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Experience with vendor management and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and data entry.
• Experience with invoicing and payroll management.
• Familiarity with 1099 forms and tax-related tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
