- Manage 100 payments/ACH transactions weekly.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial records in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote work).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Requirements: - Proven 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Construction or Manufacturing background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
