A growing, family owned company is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team
About the Accounts Payable Specialist Position:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Processing weekly check runs
- Generate reports and other accounting functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payments
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for 3-way matching
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Responsible for ensuring that all invoices get applicable discounts
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Experience with full cycle accounts payable
- Manufacturing or distribution experience a huge plus.
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel Skills
