We're on the Lookout for an Accounts Payable Specialist to process payments, manage vendors and support the growth of our private equity backed, HIGH GROWTH home services company.

Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

o Posting invoices and researching purchase discrepancies

o Obtaining approval as needed to pay vendors

o Process employee expenses and credit card charges to appropriate G/L accounts

o Interact professionally with internal personnel and external vendors

o Adhering to policy on company vendor maintenance

o Generate spending reports as needed

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Proficiencies:

o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

o High level of accuracy and analytical skills with attention to detail

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in processes

o Excellent time management and self-direct work

Preferred Experience:

o Knowledge of accounts payables in an ERP system, preferably Sage Intacct

Preferred Qualifications:

o Associate's degree or 5 years minimum experience in A/P

o Must live in commutable distance to Alpharetta, GA; while this is a hybrid role with remote flexibility, in-office is required at times
