Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

AP/AR Specialist will be primarily responsible for independently processing invoicing, billing, payroll and benefit contributions.

Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Experience reconciling bank statements & QB

Experience with or willingness to learn coupa/counselLink and other invoice submittal systems

Quickbook Experience & understanding how quickbooks works

Experience processing payroll

Understands taxes and legal requirements in payroll

Onboard new hires, suppliers, or clients into the correct system

Ability to multitask

Ability to work on detailed tasks

Accounting/Finance Degree Associate or BS/BA
