Accounts Payable/Receivable

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Accounts Payable/Receivable to work in the Streetsboro, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Printing and receiving invoices (by email or regular mail)

Matching invoices with packing slips from receiving

Voucher the invoices

Check and approve the vouchered invoices for payment

Pull the paid invoices for scanning into SAP

Scan Non-PO invoices to Basware

Filing invoices and maintaining these files

Maintain communication log to business receiving and purchasing on invoice questions or issues

Assist with month end close - making copies of invoices, non-po invoice spreadsheets for accruals

Other duties as assigned

Education:

High School diploma/equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred

Working experience:

1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related position

Experience working with ONE Platform (SAP & Baseware), LN/Infor, and Ivalua preferred

Experience working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Skills and competencies:

Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines

Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required

Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
