Accounts Payable Manager Role - Up to $90k Base Plus Bonus - Hybrid
My client, a billion-dollar organization, is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager due to growth. They offer a family-oriented culture, great benefits, and work/life balance. Up to $90k base plus bonus. Hybrid in Brentwood.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager:
- The Accounts Payable Manager will lead and mentor a team of seven accounts payable specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, resolving any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance controls within the accounts payable function.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving payment inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Experience Preferred for the Accounts Payable Manager:
- Must have 3 or more years of experience managing an AP team.
- Large corporation experience is preferred.
