Responsibilities of the AP Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Manage the AP team and be the lead for all inquiries
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Cut checks and handle ACH and Wire transfers
  • Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
  • Full cycle accounts payable processing

AP Manager requirements:

  • BS degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • 7+ years of progressive experience
  • Strong excel skills
  • Management experience
  • RealPage experience highly preferred
