Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager:
- Process AP invoices with a focus on more complicated cases
- Create and distribute reporting to leadership
- Work with leadership team to ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Communicate with vendors (including collecting W-9's and banking information) and internal employees
- Assist with automation of processes where possible
- Ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable Function
- Experience with one major ERP and Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with Concur is a plus
