Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Position:
- Processing of invoices, 3-way matching of invoices to POs and receiving slips
- Creating and maintaining customer and vendor records
- Researching and resolving routine inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable will be highly valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Dynamics AX is plus
