OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will accurately process 50-60 invoices per day.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for weekly check run.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will work with vendors and manager new vendor set-up.
- This role will help with research and resolving invoice issues.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or MS 365 is a huge plus.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and vendors.
