- Their Headquarters are here in Houston but have operations in 5 states total and are expecting to continue to grow and expand across the US within the next couple of years.
- Hybrid after 90 days. (Tuesday/Thursday in office)
Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:
- Manage Accounts Payable inbox
- Special Accounts Payable projects
- Process invoices in Accounts Payable automation software
- Manage 2 or 3 way match in accounting system
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 1+ year solid Accounts Payable experience
- ERP system knowledge
- MS Excel
