Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Associate:

- Check and approve all vouchers for payment, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare invoice deduction notices as necessary, demonstrating attention to detail.

- Prepare accounts payable checks, print reports, and meticulously organize all accounts payable files.
- Assist in monthly closings by preparing necessary analyses of accounts.
Qualifications and Skills of an Accounts Payable Associate:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, showcasing proficiency in the entire AP process
- Basic working knowledge of Excel to effectively manage and analyze financial data.
