ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, successful beverage company.
They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate who also has some AR experience and/or willing to learn.
Salary - $45 , 000 - $50,000 depending on experience
Benefits offered: Vacation Days, Medical, Vision, and Life insurance
Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Associate:
- Process A/P and A/R aging reports
- Generate monthly A/P accrual
- Process check runs and mail checks
- Create and process A/P journal
- Process billing and credits
- Complete daily deposit and post
- Collection and checking aging accounts
- Process, categorize and code expense reports
