Our client in the Mansfield, TX area is seeking an AP Assistant to join their team.
The AP Assistant will have experience in the following:
- Performs all procedures related to accounts payable for operational vendors
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any AP discrepancies
- Input and code AP invoices and expense reports to GL accounts daily
- Process, pay, and reconcile EFT debit transactions and Time and Expense reports
- Research and reconcile vendor statements
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in modern ERP with OCR Software and EDI transactions preferred
